Unlocking the Potential of Our Little Learners: The Power of the EYLF

At Growin EEC, we're passionate about shaping the minds of our young children using the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF). This visionary framework guides our educators in creating a nurturing environment that fosters growth, exploration, and discovery.

The EYLF is built around three core concepts: Being, Belonging, and Becoming.
These concepts inspire us to create a safe space where children feel accepted, valued, and empowered to learn.

Being: We believe that childhood is a time to play, explore, and have fun! Our educators encourage children to be their authentic selves, build relationships, and develop a sense of belonging.

Belonging: When children feel connected to their family, community, culture, and place, they become more confident, creative, and open to new experiences. We strive to create an inclusive environment where every child feels seen and heard.

Becoming: As children grow and develop, they experience change and transformation. Our goal is to support them in their journey of discovery, helping them explore their interests, create their own identity, and make meaning of the world around them.

The EYLF has five key outcomes that guide our learning approach:
-
Children have a strong sense of identity
-
Children are connected with and contribute to their world
-
Children have a strong sense of wellbeing
-
Children are confident and involved learners
-
Children are effective communicators

At Growin, we're dedicated to supporting your child's unique journey of discovery.
Join us as we empower them to be themselves, find their place in the world, and become the best version of themselves.
